DRIVING DIRECTIONS: Please note these directions will take you into Churchland via Rt 164. We think this is an easier way than Rt 17 due to construction and many traffic lights along this route. You will enter the shopping center from Churchland Blvd instead of from High Street (Rt 17) We hope this is not too confusing. But please call us if you need help finding us!
FROM DEEP CREEK/GREAT BRIDGE/GREENBRIER: Take I-64 to I-664S to exit 9B Portsmouth (Rt 17 South/Rt 164). Take Rt 164 to the first exit - Towne Point Road (Churchland). Take a right off the ramp and stay in the left lane. Turn left at the 2nd traffic light (Churchland Blvd). Turn right at the 2nd driveway (Academy Crossing). We are at 3258 Academy Ave on your right about midway through the center.
FROM HAMPTON/NEWPORT NEWS: Take I- 664 across the Monitor Merrimac Bridge Tunnel to Exit 9 marked Rt 164 Churchland/Rt 17 N. Take Rt 164 to the first exit - Towne Point Road (Churchland). Take a right off the ramp and stay in the left lane. Turn left at the 2nd traffic light (Churchland Blvd). Turn right at the 2nd driveway (Academy Crossing). We are at 3258 Academy Ave on your right about midway through the center.
FROM NORFOLK: Take the Midtown Tunnel to Rt 164. Take exit marked Towne Point Rd (Churchland). Take a left off the ramp onto Towne Point Rd. and stay in the left lane. Turn left at the 3rd traffic light (Churchland Blvd). Turn right at the 2nd driveway (Academy Crossing). We are at 3258 Academy Ave on your right about midway through the center.
FROM SMITHFIELD/ISLE OF WIGHT: Take Rt 17 south to I-664/ Rt. 164 interchange. Take Rt 164 to the first exit - Towne Point Road (Churchland). Take a right off the ramp and stay in the left lane. FROM VIRGINIA BEACH: Depending upon where you are in Virginia Beach..... Either take I-264 thru the Downtown Tunnel or take I64....... to I-664N to exit 9B Portsmouth (Rt 17 South/Rt 164).
